Diving headfirst into the real estate industry in 2015, Jess and Joe relocated from San Diego, California to the Coachella Valley so that Joe could pursue a career as a real estate salesperson.  He found success working primarily with residential buyers, but he truly excelled once he became the TC for a high-volume real estate group.  Years later, amid a record-breaking post-pandemic real estate market, Jess became a Certified Transaction Coordinator and the two decided to start a transaction coordinating business so that agents could have a reliable resource to professionally handle the logistics of their files.

From the L.A. basin to the country clubs of Palm Springs, this company has experience in all sorts of unique transactions and property types.  Honestly, who really wants to deal with all of that paperwork?  We do!
